
ILDIKO SUSANY
PRODUCER/WRITER/DIRECTOR
Ildiko Susany is an actor and filmmaker based in Vancouver, Canada. Her debut feature film, Marley, Someone which she wrote, produced, directed and starred in is currently in the festival circuit. She is now developing a 30 min dramedy series, PAs and a one-hour romance drama, Miura Manor.
Ildiko has written for Netflix’s popular TV series Virgin River S5. Ildiko has also been the Script & Clearance Coordinator on Netflix’s Virgin River S4 & S5. Prior to this, she was the Script Coordinator and Producer’s Assistant on Psych the Movie 3: This is Gus. She has been the Producer’s Assistant on NBC’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist S1 & S2 and Syfy’s Deadly Class S1. She has worked days as a Trainee Assistant Director on Travelers S3 and has worked on set on UnREAL S4, Ice S2, and more. Ildiko has also been Associate Producer of the Dancing on the Edge Festival – Canada’s longest running contemporary dance festival.
Ildiko’s TV credits include: Alaska Daily (ABC), Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (NBC), Lost in Space (Netflix), and Deadly Class (Syfy). Ildiko’s theatre credits: Babes in the Woods (Don’t Look Away/Redline Productions), A Man With Five Children (Darlinghurst Theatre Company), Henry V (Bell Shakespeare Company), A Midsummer Night’s Dream/The Players (Bell Shakespeare Company), Asylum (Apocalypse Theatre Company), A View From Moving Windows (Riverside Theatres). Ildiko’s online credits: Fragments of Friday (Endemol Productions).
Ildiko’s playwriting credits include The Day the Galaxy Inevitably Exploded and Died which was shortlisted in Queensland Theatre Company’s Young Playwright’s Program. She produced and performed in this play for Backbone Youth Arts’ 2high Festival and the Sydney Fringe Festival where it was nominated for the Best of Theatre Award. Ildiko has also worked in various theatre productions, short films, commercials and voice overs.
She graduated with distinction from a Bachelor of Theatre Arts – Acting degree from the University of Southern Queensland. Ildiko was the recipient of a Marten Bequest Travelling Scholarship to train at the Atlantic Acting School (NYC), The Second City (Chicago) and Bramon Garcia Braun (LA). Ildiko is represented by The Characters Talent Agency.

ALISTAIR WALLACE
ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Alistair is an Actor, Producer, Comedian, Sound Designer, Technician, Technical Director, and Australian. Alistair moved to Canada in February 2018 and within 3 weeks he was working full time at the Firehall Arts Centre. He is so pleased and honoured (and relieved) to be working with the creative teams at the Firehall to create some truly excellent and important works.
Alistair graduated from Actors Centre Australia in 2010 and is an artistic associate and technical director of pantsguys Productions, producing theatre in Sydney including On the Shore of the Wide World, Mr Kolpert, and Punk Rock (winner, Best Independent Production, Sydney Theatre Awards 2012). Alistair’s sound design credits include: No End of Blame (Sport For Jove), The Mystery of Love and Sex, Ride/Fourplay (Darlinghurst Theatre Co), Odd Man Out, Barefoot in the Park, A History of Falling Things, Jack of Hearts, Blood Bank (Ensemble) and Jerusalem – nominated Best Independent Sound Design, Sydney Theatre Awards 2013.

BENJAMIN POWELL
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Benjamin Powell is an award winning cinematographer, based in Sydney, Australia.
Benjamin’s work mostly consists of Film, TV Commercials and Music Videos. However, he also shoots Documentary and other Specialised projects.
Benjamin Powell was the recipient of an Australian Cinematography Society Bronze Aw
ard in 2016 for his Music Video ‘August’. Benjamin’s Music Videos continue to have success today being played multiple times on Australian TV, as well as his Commercials for Sony gaining International recognition.

LUCIANA NGUYEN
PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Luciana Nguyen is a creator, story teller and designer. Since completing a Bachelor of Performance at AIM, she has been in various positions across theatre.
Credits include: Stage manager for Thirty Five Square Theatre’s ‘A Westerner’s Guide to the Opium Wars’ (2017), ‘Night Slows Down’ for Don’t Look Away with KXT bAKEHOUSE (2017); costume designer & set co designer for Lone Wolf Pack’s ‘Life’s Contracts’, director for Steale Production’s ‘Whipped’ both part of Sydney Fringe Festival 2016; production manager, costume designer and actor for EMU Production’s ‘The Bald Soprano’.
For AIM, she directed First Taste Theatre Co’s ‘Voices’ and was a production manager of the Emerge Festival 2015.
